Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and various other methods. All payments are processed via a secure connection.

Yes. Our webshop uses an encrypted (SSL) connection and secure payment providers, so your data is always protected.
Shipping & Delivery
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free within the Netherlands and Belgium, with no minimum order value.
What is the delivery time?
Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium is then 3 to 7 business days.
Can I track my order?
Certainly. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email, which you can use to easily track your package.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 30-day cooling-off period. Is a product not to your liking? Contact us and we will arrange the return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
When will I get my money back?
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund you within ten business days via your original payment method.
